CBI Program Visa Process
1. Investor Pre-qualification by PlanMyMigration
You would need to fill out our initial background questionnaire and we will pre-qualify you within 24 hours.
2. Plan the Strategy for your Application
After we determine your eligibility, we will plan the strategy for your application and suggest you the most suitable investment options as per your requirement.
3. Perform Due-Diligence Select the Right Investment Opportunity
Our team will look through the prism and assist you in selecting an investment opportunity that meets your needs.
4. Sign Forms and Deposit Fees to Secure Interest in the Investment Option.
5. Work with an Expert Immigration Attorney to Organize Legal Paperwork
We will work with an expert immigration attorney to help organize your paperwork and gather evidence for your application. We also provide you assistance of an experienced tax expert who will address any concerns regarding foreign remittance laws and even assist you in opening foreign bank accounts.
6. Execute the Sale & Purchase Agreement/ Donation Agreement and Wait for Application Processing.
Our team will assist you with the review of Sale & Purchase Agreement/ Donation Agreement. Application processing takes approximately 90-120 days.
7. Issuance of Ownershp Certificate or Subscription Certificate
Upon approval of the application the investor will pay within 7 days, the remaining balance and deposit government fees for the main applicant and up to 3 dependents, registration fees and other miscellaneous fees. Upon completion we will share an Ownership Certificate with the investor.
8. Submit Proof of Ownership and Obtain Passport
Proof of ownership will be submitted to the government and the CBI unit will issue the Certificate(s) of Citizenship and subsequent Passport(s). This usually takes 3-4 weeks. Our team will prepare you for the interview process and also help you to apply for any biographic and identification documents required. The passport is valid for 10 years and easily renewed thereafter.
