1. Investor Pre-qualification by PlanMyMigration

You would need to fill out our initial background questionnaire and we will pre-qualify you within 24 hours.

2. Plan the Strategy for your SUV Petition

After we determine your eligibility, we will share with plan the strategy for your SUV petition and suggest to you the most suitable investment options as per your requirement.

3. Prepare your Pitch Deck (business concept) or a Business Plan

Since the process to pitch your idea is different for each organization. Each organization has its own requirements. Our team will guide you through this process and come up with a business plan for your proposal.

4. Assistance in Securing a Letter of Support and Signing Agreement with the Designated Organization

Our team will work with you to prepare a pitch deck and business concept presentation for the Designated Organization. Our team of experts will assist you to:

• Contact the designated organization to find out how to get its support.
• Convince the organization that you have a business idea that is worth supporting and
• Get a letter of support from the designated organization and
• Help you negotiate the Agreement with the Designated Organization

5. Work with an Expert Immigration Attorney to Organize Legal Paperwork

• If you reach an agreement with a designated organization, it will send you a letter of support. You need to include this letter when you submit your application to IRCC. The organization will also send a commitment certificate directly to IRCC. IRCC will use both your letter of support and the organization's commitment certificate to assess your application.
• Each Letter of Support is valid for a period of six months from the date it was issued. This means that IRCC must receive your application for permanent residence under the Start-up Business Class within six months of the Letter of Support being issued.

6. Incorporate Company and Open Bank Accounts Whilst P.R. is Pending

We also provide you assistance from an experienced tax expert who will address any concerns regarding foreign remittance laws and even assist you in opening foreign bank accounts. We will assist you with company incorporation and applying for CRA.

7. File Your Permanent Residency Application and Work Permit
